Terms and Conditions for the Visit Isle of Man’s Agent Incentive for Travel Agents and Tour Operators.
By participating in the Visit Isle of Man’s Agent Incentive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

By participating in the Visit Isle of Man’s Agent Incentive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Agents Incentive is open to travel agents, travel agency employees and tour operators who book travel to the Isle of Man for clients and register their bookings on the Travel Uni portal.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2. Entry Requirements
- To enter, participants must complete the Visit Isle of Man Travel Uni Course; and
- Register to receive the Visit Isle of Man Travel Trade Newsletter
- By entering, participants consent to their email being reconciled to ensure newsletter signup eligibility.
3. Prize
- There is one prize 1x £100 Amazon voucher.
- The winner will be the Agent who logs the highest number of bookings in the system by 31st December 2025.
- The winner will provide a postal and/or email address to Visit Isle of Man to receive the voucher.
4. Prize Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner. No cash alternative is available.
- The winner must respond to the notification of their win and accept the prize within three weeks. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
- The winner's name and/or photograph will be released as part of the post-competition PR.
5. Booking Confirmation
- Visit Isle of Man reserves the right to verify bookings.
- You must submit all required elements of each booking to have a valid entry.Travel agents must ensure that all bookings are made through the appropriate channels.
6. Competition Dates
The competition closes on 31st December 2025. Visit Isle of Man will contact the winners directly.
7. General Terms
Visit Isle of Man reserves the right to cancel or amend the agents reward incentive at any time, without prior notice.
Visit Isle of Man’s decisions regarding the rewards are final.
In the event of a tie: whoever logged their booking first will be announced as the winner.
8. Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the Department for Enterprise’s privacy policy and data protection regulations.
9. Liability
Visit Isle of Man will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in this scheme.
By participating in the competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
